🔸 ORDER MINIMUMS

– Minimum Order Requirement:
  – First-time orders must be a minimum of $1,500 or 13 cartons .
  – First-time wholesale customers are required to select at least one carton per SKU to experience our full product range
  – Each carton contains 12 retail-ready consumer units

– Bulk Orders:
  – Orders of $10,000 or more, or 85 cartons and above, will be shipped as LCL or LTL freight

🔸 PRICING & PAYMENT TERMS

– Wholesale Pricing: Fixed and stable
– Full Payment Required: Before order processing
– Accepted Payment Methods:
  – Credit/Debit Card
  – ACH (Bank Transfer)
  – Wire Transfer

Important:
Once payment is received and your order begins processing, no refunds, cancellations, or modifications will be permitted. All sales are final after processing begins.

Exception Policy:
If your shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery:
– Include photos and the delivery receipt
– Valid claims may receive replacements or store credit
– No cash refunds will be issued

Note: We do not offer net terms or delayed payments.

🔸 SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

– Shipping Methods:
  – Orders under 85 cartons: Standard ground or pallet freight.
  – Orders over 85 cartons: LCL (Less than Container Load) or LTL (Less than Truckload) freight shipping from our NJ Fulfillment Center

Shipping Responsibility:
Customers are fully responsible for managing the shipping process and covering all associated costs from our fulfillment center in, NJ.
AYM United LLC can assist with logistics coordination upon request, but the final arrangements must be completed and paid for by the buyer.

Open Resale Rights:
Authorized buyers may sell our products through:

1. Physical retail stores.
2. Branded eCommerce websites.
3. Sales on Amazon.com, Walmart.com, and any associated marketplaces of Amazon or Walmart are strictly reserved for A.Y.M United LLC, Only and are not permitted for the distributor.
4. The distributor must ensure that all sales activities comply with U.S. federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
5. The distributor shall represent our brand in a professional manner, maintaining the quality and reputation of our products.

Pricing Compliance:
  All resale prices listed online must match or exceed AYM United LLC’s official retail prices.
  Price undercutting is strictly prohibited, No Platform or Geographic Restrictions

  However, all purchases must be made directly through AYM United LLC.

Enforcement & Penalties:
  Violating our pricing policy may result in:
  – Suspension or permanent revocation of wholesale privileges
  – Cancellation of active or future orders
  – Legal action for trademark violations or unauthorized use of branded materials
